General Parts is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to restaurant sites across the region to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including hot-side appliances, refrigerators and light HVAC systems. The role requires operating a company vehicle safely, delivering prompt service and maintaining minimal downtime for restaurant operations.

Candidates should have EPA refrigeration certification, Outlook and iPad familiarity, and a minimum of 18 years old with

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• iPad Use & Familiarity

Responsabilidades

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment including hot-side appliances, refrigeration units and light HVAC systems.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and deliver prompt, reliable service with minimal downtime for operations.
• Provide exceptional customer support and communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
• Work independently with little supervision.
