Job summary

General Parts L.L.C. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant sites across the region.

You will service hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems, while operating a company vehicle safely and delivering prompt, reliable service. The role emphasizes exceptional customer support, clear communication with kitchen and management staff, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Service hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and deliver prompt service with minimal downtime.
• Provide exceptional customer support and communicate with kitchen and management staff.
