Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial coffee equipment at field sites.
• Take readings with a multimeter and interpret diagrams.
• Identify part numbers and replace components as needed.
• Provide clear service notes and customer explanations.
• Maintain schedules and use ServiceTitan for dispatch.
