Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to support commercial coffee equipment repairs from a home-based setup in Texas. You will conduct field service calls, diagnose problems, and ensure machines operate at peak performance for hospitality accounts across the region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience is required.
• Familiarity with a multimeter is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams is expected.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 field service calls daily at cafés and hotels.
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment with attention to detail.
• Write thorough service notes and use ServiceTitan for workflow.
• Translate technical findings into plain language for customers.
