Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform field service.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose, repair, and test coffee equipment.
• Provide clear service notes and customer explanations.
• Track time and manage digital tickets.
• Maintain inventory and assist with parts receiving.
• Travel from home with company vehicle after training.
