Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Euless, Texas is seeking a Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment at cafes, hotels, and hospitality sites. You will run two to three service calls daily, diagnose issues, and perform precise repairs using a multimeter, reading diagrams, and building adapters as needed.

You'll document findings clearly, track time in ServiceTitan, and communicate results to customers in plain language.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical or general project work).
• No formal credentials required, but know your way around a multimeter before day one.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to lift 75 lbs, a smartphone, and secure address for parts deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose issues using a multimeter and diagrams and perform precise repairs.
• Disassemble/reassemble components and pull part numbers from diagrams/documentation.
• Document findings clearly and manage digital tickets in ServiceTitan.
• Explain results to customers in plain language and verify machine function post-repair.
