Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to support commercial coffee equipment repairs across the Greater Austin region. You will make two to three field service calls daily at cafes and hospitality accounts, using a multimeter, reading schematics, and identifying parts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience required (e.g., electrical, plumbing, appliance work).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct two to three field service calls daily at cafes, hotels and hospitality accounts.
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings with a multimeter.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify outlet configurations and plumbing thread types; fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment with careful attention to detail.
• Locate correct part numbers using diagrams and machine documentation.
• Write clear, professional service notes (no slang).
• Organize tasks using ServiceTitan; translate findings for customers.
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify proper machine output.
