Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions Bastrop, Texas, United States is seeking a Service Technician to perform field service on commercial coffee equipment. You will diagnose, repair, and verify espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems at cafes and hospitality sites.

Role requires hands-on repair experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, clean driving record, and use a multimeter. After training, a company vehicle is provided and you’ll work from home with support from a dedicated dispatch team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience preferred (home electrical, plumbing, appliances)
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams
• Comfort using a multimeter and taking measurements

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 field service calls daily at cafes, hotels, and hospitality accounts
• Take electrical readings with a multimeter and interpret diagrams
• Identify part numbers and fabricate adapters as needed
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment with care and document findings
• Provide clear, professional service notes and communicate with customers
• Maintain organization of tasks and inventory using digital tools
• Deliver test results by tasting coffee to verify machine output
