CCR Beverage Solutions in Buda, Texas, is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial coffee equipment across the South-Central United States. You will perform on-site service calls, read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and translate technical findings into clear explanations for customers.

This role requires hands-on repair experience, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and comfort using ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience required.
• Familiarity with a multimeter isn’t required but helpful.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and operate a vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform two to three field service calls daily at cafes and hospitality accounts.
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings with a multimeter.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify outlet configurations and plumbing thread types, and fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment with precision.
• Locate correct part numbers using diagrams and manuals.
• Write thorough, professional service notes — clear language, no errors.
• Organize tasks and time using ServiceTitan, the field service platform.
• Translate technical findings into plain language for customers.
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify proper machine output.
