Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions in Austin, TX seeks a Service Technician to service espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems at commercial accounts. You will perform electrical readings, interpret diagrams, and assemble parts on-site with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience expected (e.g., home electrical, plumbing, appliance work).

• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx/UPS.

Responsibilities

• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance readings with a multimeter.
• Read and interpret electrical/hydraulic diagrams.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment with precision.
• Identify part numbers using diagrams and docs.
• Write thorough service notes with clear language.
• Use ServiceTitan for field service tasks.
• Explain technical findings to customers in plain language.
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify output.
