Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is looking for a Service Technician to support commercial coffee equipment across customer sites in the South-Central US. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, technical diagnostics, and professional service notes.

After training, a company vehicle is provided and field work from home is supported. You will conduct two to three on-site calls daily, perform wiring and plumbing checks, read diagrams, and ensure machine output tastes correct after repairs.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on repair experience is required.
• No formal degree is required to apply.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service on commercial coffee equipment at cafes, hotels, and hospitality accounts.
• Take electrical readings (voltage, resistance, capacitance) with a multimeter and interpret diagrams.
• Disassemble and reassemble machines with attention to detail and proper reassembly.
• Document service notes clearly using standard terminology and the ServiceTitan platform.
• Translate technical findings into plain language for customers and verify machine output by tasting coffee after repairs.
