Job summary

Tennant Company is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States (Boston area). You will diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate service activities at customer sites. A driver’s license and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills are required.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will work with cross-functional teams and use company vehicles to service customer Tennant products nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving policy compliance.
• 0–2 years of experience in mechanical/electrical repair and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot complex problems on Tennant products.
• Own your territory: schedule service activities and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service success.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain documentation of service activities.
