Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Tennant driving policy.
• 0–2 years experience in troubleshooting/repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine problems on Tennant equipment.
• Own your territory: plan daily schedule, contact customers, and communicate service expectations and timelines.
• Create and maintain records of service activities and reporting documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and field support to ensure customer satisfaction.
