Tennant Company is hiring a Field Mechanic to service customer sites across the region. You will diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and keep customers informed about timelines and needs.

Work Monday–Friday with a focus on troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on Tennant products and related models. Safety and teamwork are essential as you contribute to a cleaner, safer world.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing combustion engines.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and diagnostic devices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues on Tennant products and similar models.
• Own your territory, plan daily service activities, and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Create records of service activities and ensure proper cleaning and organization of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and collaborate with sales, service, and support teams.
