Job summary

Fives HPM | Aftermarket Americas is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support customers across the United States. The role is highly travel-focused and hands-on, with onboarding from Fond du Lac, WI as the home base.

You will work on mechanical, electrical, and CNC systems, travel to customer sites, and provide training and service reports. Candidates should enjoy independent problem solving and customer interaction in diverse industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain a passport for business travel.
• Ability to read and understand international print symbols.
• Ability to read and analyze professional journals and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, repair, and modify Fives machines at customer facilities.
• Interpret drawings, service documentation, and equipment manuals.
• Operate equipment at customer sites to demonstrate or qualify performance.
• Train customer personnel on operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Provide complete service reports and maintain attendance.
• Travel to customer sites and communicate with customers and support teams.
