Job summary

Fives Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair industrial equipment at customer sites across North America. You will install, troubleshoot, and modify machines, and document activities for service records. Expect travel to customer sites and coordination with support teams.

The role requires the ability to read schematics and manuals, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced environment with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes.
• Excellent communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, or modify machines at customer facilities per instructions.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting to resolve issues and document findings.
• Read technical drawings and manuals to verify machine operation.
• Prepare service reports and notify coordinators of deviations.
• Travel nationwide and internationally to customer sites.
