Ideal candidates come from HVAC, industrial electrical, diesel/heavy equipment, or maintenance backgrounds and are comfortable working independently in the field. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, with travel within the local area and opportunities for career growth through hands-on training

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex equipment issues.
• Experience working on electrical and mechanical systems in field settings.
• Willingness to travel locally and work independently in customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, encoders, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical work including alignments, assemblies, and repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and measuring equipment to identify issues.
• Install, commission, and maintain equipment; provide operator guidance and reports.
