Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to travel regionally to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment.

You will use manuals and vendor resources to diagnose issues and document status with customers and the office. The role requires five years of CNC repair experience, ability to read drawings, strong technical skills, and willingness to travel across a regional territory.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with CNC machine repair.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be able to travel regionally and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals and vendor resources.
• Document status of issues, repairs, and installation with customers and office.
• Promote and perform preventative maintenance and post‑sale technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and products.
