• Proficient verbal and written communication and customer relations skills.
• Must be adaptable to changes and able to handle delays or work-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, diagnose, and repair CNC equipment at customer facilities.
• Provide voice of Customer feedback and direct linkage between customer and service group.
• Travel daily from home to customer facilities with occasional overnight stays as needed.
