Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to diagnose and repair CNC machines and industrial equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, perform alignments, and guide operators in proper usage.

Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic skills, enjoy independent field work, and are willing to learn CNC technology through company training. Travel is required within the region with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Collaborate with customers to provide on-site guidance and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, encoders, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical work including alignments, assemblies, and repairs.
• Install, commission, and maintain CNC equipment at customer sites.
• Provide customer support and operator guidance as needed.
