Fives HPM is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for CNC machine tools across the United States. This role requires extensive travel and working at customer facilities, with Fond du Lac, WI as home on-boarding and training.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent and strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC capabilities. Travel compensation, per diem, and overtime opportunities are included in the package.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC capabilities for installing, troubleshooting, and qualifying industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, service documentation, and technical materials.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-service environment.

Mansioni

• Install, demonstrate, repair, and modify Fives machines at customer facilities.
• Follow verbal and written technical instructions and interpret drawings and documentation.
• Operate equipment at customer sites to demonstrate and qualify performance.
• Train customers on operation, maintenance, and safety for machines.
