Job summary

Fives Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, demonstrate, repair, and support company machines at customer sites across the Northeast United States. The role requires travel to customer facilities and occasional international trips as needed.

You will work closely with technicians, service coordinators, and customers to ensure equipment safety and performance. Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience, strong

• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, repair, or alter Fives machines or equipment in customer facilities.
• Operate machines to demonstrate or qualify equipment and ensure accuracy per specifications.
• Write complete service reports and communicate deviations to Tech Support or Service Coordinator.
