Job summary

Fives HPM is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across the Northeast with CNC machine tools. The role requires hands-on work at customer facilities, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring machines operate to spec. Candidates should have CNC control experience and be capable of travel and field installations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and CNC technical capabilities for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and qualifying industrial equipment.
• Experience with CNC controls and electrical I/O is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work in a field-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, repair, and modify CNC machines and related equipment at customer sites.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and interpret drawings and service docs.
• Train customers on operation, maintenance, and safety of machines.
