Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair CNC lathes, milling, and multi-functional machining centers at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, train operators, and ensure systems operate reliably.

Travel daily from home to customer facilities with occasional overnight stays within the territory. You will work closely with the Customer Support Department, use Salesforce Lightning for service records, and participate in ongoing training for new

Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication and Customer relation skills.
• Able to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with customer and co-workers.
• Present a professional image.
• Must be adaptable to changes and able to deal with change, delays, or general work-related issues.
• Basic digital literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Daily travel from home to Customer facilities with occasional overnight stays.
• Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, diagnose, and repair CNC equipment and accessory CNC equipment at customer facilities.
• Provide operator training and networking between systems; preventive maintenance, major assemblies, upgrades and retrofits.
• Provide direct communication link between the Customer and the Service Group.
• Provide voice of Customer feedback.
• Through service and Customer relationships, build brand dedication.
