Job summary

Tennant Company is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer-owned Tennant equipment across our service territory in the U.S. You will plan daily routes, communicate with customers about service timelines, and ensure accurate documentation and safe operations.

Position requires 0–2 years in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving policy requirements.
• 0–2 years in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electrical systems, reading schematics, using tools, and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair Tennant products at customer sites.
• Own your territory, schedule service activities, and communicate timelines and billing expectations.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other technicians to support customer needs.
