Job summary

Tennant Company is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair battery, engine-powered and robotic Tennant products at customer sites across designated territory. You will plan daily routes, maintain records, and ensure safety and quality in every service call.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 0–2 years’ experience with mechanical/electrical systems. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with driving policy.
• 0–2 years of experience in troubleshooting/mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair Tennant products.
• Own your territory: schedule service activities and communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support success.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
