Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking Service Technicians to service frozen and beverage equipment in the Buffalo, NY area. You will operate with minimal supervision, attend weekly service-center meetings, and benefit from a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.

The role requires training and certification in preventive maintenance and installations, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service calls promptly and according to ETA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on ICEE equipment.
• Check syrup levels, replace flavors, and clean machines around work areas.
• Maintain inventory and company vehicle/tools/equipment.
• Document work performed and communicate with customers and supervisor.
