Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair ice machines, beverage dispensers, and related equipment at customer sites. You will respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and document work completed with minimal supervision.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, good time management, and clear communication with customers and colleagues. You will drive a company vehicle and attend weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical or vocational training is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs or more regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receives dispatched service calls and ensures prompt response.
• Performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses issues, and completes repairs.
• Maintains inventory and vehicle/tools.
• Documents work and communicates with customers and supervisors.
• Performs general warehouse duties as needed.
