Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking an on-site Service Technician in Montebello, CA. You will service ICEE and restaurant equipment, including frozen and non-frozen dispensers, fountain beverages, ice makers, and juice dispensers.

You will operate with minimal supervision and attend weekly service-center meetings. Responsibilities include responding to service calls promptly, performing maintenance and repairs, keeping inventory and the company vehicle in good condition, and reporting progress to

Qualifications

• Must have valid Real-ID driver’s license.
• Experience in installing, maintaining or repairing beverage equipment is preferred.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis, and occasionally more than 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receives dispatched service calls with prompt ETA.
• Performs preventative maintenance and diagnoses service problems; completes repairs.
• Maintains inventory and vehicle/parts; clean and organize work area.
• Documents work performed and closes out service orders; communicates with customers and teammates.
• Performs general warehouse duties as needed and supports supervisor with issues.
