Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Service Technician in Wisconsin to maintain and repair ICEE and restaurant equipment, including frozen beverage dispensers, ice makers, and other beverage systems. You will work with minimal supervision, attend regular service meetings, and use provided company vehicle, tools, and gas card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Steel-toed shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Respond to dispatched service calls with prompt ETA.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and vehicle.
• Document work and communicate with customers and supervisor.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and equipment handling.
