Job summary

The ICEE Company is seeking a Service Technician to service ICEE and restaurant equipment across our network. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and timely repairs with a provided company vehicle and tools.

You will attend weekly Service Center meetings and maintain strong communication with customers and team members while ensuring high service standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical background required.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Service ICEE and restaurant equipment including frozen and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers.
• Receive dispatched service calls and respond promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, check syrup levels and cleanliness around machines.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and company vehicle; document work performed.
• Communicate with customers and supervisor; close out service activities.
