Job summary

ICEE is seeking Service Technicians to install, inspect, and repair frozen beverage equipment, ice machines, dispensers, and related hardware across customer locations in the Milwaukee area. Technicians work with minimal supervision, attend weekly meetings, and are provided with a company vehicle, uniforms, tools, a gas card, and a tablet.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, completing repairs, maintaining inventory, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of technical or vocational school preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Real ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service calls promptly with ETA.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Check syrup levels, replace flavors, and clean around machines.
• Maintain inventory and company vehicle/tools.
• Document work and close out service orders.
• Communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning and shipping/receiving.
• Attend weekly service-center meetings and follow supervisor guidance.
