Job summary

ICEE is seeking a Service Technician in Wayne, NJ to service and maintain ice machines, fountain beverage equipment, and related dispensers. You will work with minimal supervision and participate in weekly service-center meetings.

You will receive a company vehicle, gas card, uniform, cell phone, and tablet, with training at ICEE Academy. Strong mechanical skills, reliability, and willingness to drive to client locations are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical background is essential.
• Technical or vocational schooling is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Real ID driver's license.
• Willing to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dispatched service calls promptly based on ETA.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ICEE equipment.
• Check syrup levels, replace flavors, and clean machines.
• Maintain inventory and service vehicle upkeep.
• Document work and communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisor.
