ICEE is seeking a Service Technician in Louisville, KY to service and repair ICEE and restaurant equipment, including frozen beverage dispensers, fountain equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. You’ll receive a company vehicle, tools, and ongoing training via ICEE Academy. Regular meetings and travel may be required.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical skills, reliable communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A valid REAL ID and willingness to drive are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Graduate of Technical or Vocational school preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid REAL ID Driver’s License.
• Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and installations.
• Respond to dispatched service calls with prompt ETA.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment (fountain, ice makers, dispensers).
• Maintain inventory and company vehicle/tools.
• Document work and close out service orders.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
