Job summary

Sealed Air seeks an experienced Field Service Cushioning TSR/Field Service Technician to support customers across Washington State, with occasional Idaho travel. You will install, service, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and cushioning equipment at client sites, combining mechanical, electrical, automation, and maintenance skills with strong customer service.

This role is field-based with no regular office work; overnight travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test automated packaging systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and automation issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and replacement parts
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards
