Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Duncan, SC to install, troubleshoot, and maintain liquid packaging equipment at customer sites. You will travel across the US/Canada, provide remote support, read schematics, and help optimize machine performance while delivering thorough service reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–7 years of field service experience, and solid PLC, electrical, and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of field service experience, ideally in national or international environments.
• Experience with aseptic and/or pasteurized packaging equipment and processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PLC-related software.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in US, Canada, and Caribbean islands to install, repair, or perform preventive maintenance on liquid packaging equipment.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and analyze equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs to support maintenance.
• Create and update service procedures and prepare detailed service call reports.
• Develop proposals to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
