Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) is seeking a Field Service Technician Apprentice to train with an experienced technician on installation and maintenance of electronic security systems.

This entry-level role focuses on learning standard practices and delivering reliable service at client sites. As an Apprentice, you will develop hands-on skills in low-voltage electronics, cable routing, and system testing while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some electronics or low voltage background is a plus but not required.
• Installation experience of card access and CCTV is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to installation projects and service calls within assigned area to install/restore functionality.
• Follow processes and procedures per Tech Systems policies.
• Communicate status and progress with Customer Service Representative.
• Operate under OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies.
• Assist with other technical support duties as needed.
