Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some electronics or low voltage background is a plus.
• Card access and CCTV installation experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to installation projects and service calls within assigned area to restore full functionality.
• Follow procedures to align with Tech Systems’ policies.
• Communicate status and progress with Customer Service.
• Work under OSHA Safety Guidelines and Tech Systems’ safety policies.
• Assist with other technical support duties as needed.
