Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Field Service Technician (DMST) to service customers in the Everett, WA area. You will travel to homes to diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional representation of LG.

The role requires hands-on repair skills, the ability to manage parts and paperwork, and the capacity to work across the greater Everett region. A valid driver's license and EPA certification eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of technical experience (appliance repair preferred).
• Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning products).
• Experience using diagnostic test equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair product/system issues.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and EPA certification eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Travel offsite to customers to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
• Use PPE, vehicle, and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on appliances and electronics.
• Document findings and complete paperwork and data entry after each job.
