EO Johnson Business Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver, install, and configure office equipment at customer locations. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electronic, and networking issues, with on-site training for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer/networking knowledge.
• Experience in customer-facing or technical service is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and configure office equipment at customer locations.
• Perform machine setups, assembling, configuring and testing for optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues across mechanical, electronic, networking, and software systems.
• Educate customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting; provide on-site support.
• Respond to service calls and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; keep vehicle organized.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coordinators, sales teams, and support staff.
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and refer to sales when appropriate.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll bring technology to life delivering, setting up, and installing equipment at customer locations while diagnosing and repairing issues across mechanical, electronic, and network systems.
