Job summary

A nationwide technology deployment company is seeking a Field Service Technician in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves servicing and installing advanced electronic equipment, providing on-site customer service, and requires individuals capable of independent work. Benefits include a fully stocked company van, training opportunities, medical insurance, and paid time off at 1.5x pay. Ideal candidates should have the ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and travel as needed. Experience with POS or alarm systems is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel overnight as needed.
• Experience is not mandatory, training is provided.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation with techs.

Responsibilities

• Service and install various electronic equipment like CCTV cameras and alarms.
• Drive to customer locations using a company vehicle.
• Provide face-to-face customer service on-site.

Skills

Ability to climb a ladder

Ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs

Experience with various POS systems (Verifone/NCR)

Experience in Low Voltage

Experience with Alarms
