Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service customer equipment and maintain strong relationships with clients and management. The role includes communicating options to customers, completing paperwork on time, and representing the company at all times.

The ideal candidate has mechanical experience in material handling or large equipment, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years breakdown or service experience preferred.
• Raymond Level 1 Certification or in progress, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Repair all types of equipment that Raymond West sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow all Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with Field Supervisor and customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Establish a rapport with customers and represent the company.
