Job summary

Sungrow in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the installation and maintenance of photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment both on-site and in staging areas.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 3+ years of technical experience, coupled with strong problem-solving skills. You will also need OSHA and NFPA certificates. Travel is mandatory for over 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in a technical field.
• 2 years experience with solar inverters or BESS.
• OSHA 10 and NFPA 70e certificates within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of solar inverter systems.
• Troubleshoot under maintenance and repair guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers to resolve high-level technical issues.
