Sungrow is looking for a Contract Technical Support Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical field, with 2 years in solar inverters or BESS.
• OSHA and NFPA70A safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PV inverters and ancillary equipment at customer sites.
• Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning of solar inverters.
• Create and modify Field Service procedures for safety troubleshooting.
