MIRATECH Corporation in Ohio seeks a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, commissioning SCR equipment, and preventive maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and train customers, prepare reports, and coordinate with site teams.

This role requires 60-75% overnight travel, strong instrumentation and control skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work remotely to Tulsa as needed and must hold a valid driver's license and passport.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation & controls.
• Proficiency with AC and DC circuits including Relay Logic.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 60-75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning the total system scope for MIRATECH on new installations.
• Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support including troubleshooting and parts ID.
• Site coordination and project meetings.
• Post-commissioning training on operations and maintenance.
• Daily reports to customers and internal staff in the field.
• Follow up customer calls after service work.
• Keep up-to-date on company products and services.
• Plan own work schedule efficiently and maintain calibration.
