Job summary

Veolia Water Tech is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair laboratory water purification systems across the Northeast region, including Boston and nearby states. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills and a customer-focused mindset.

You will work remotely with travel, coordinating with Technical Support, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver timely and high-quality service while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, configure, and validate laboratory water purification systems per procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and software updates.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical failures at customer sites.
• Generate billing-ready service reports and documentation.
