Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across the United States. You will train with tools and test equipment to support multiple technologies and networks, recommending products that fit customer needs.

The role involves climbing, driving, and working in inside and outside environments, with safety training and a focus on delivering reliable service to homeowners, small businesses, and partner networks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and work with tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant requiring pole climbing and ladder use.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle and follow safety standards.
