Pella Corporation is seeking a customer-focused Service Technician for the Greater Phoenix market. In this field-based role, you will inspect, diagnose, repair, and adjust Pella windows and doors at customer homes and job sites, delivering exceptional service and high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or related associate degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently in the field.
• Experience using power tools and construction-related equipment; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair work on Pella windows and doors at customer locations
• Diagnose and resolve product issues in the field
• Replace glass, sashes, screens, blinds, shades, hardware, and other components
• Educate customers on operation, care, and maintenance of products
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
• Conduct follow-up visits and communications as needed to resolve service concerns
• Order replacement parts and coordinate with internal service teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional service vehicle
• Follow all safety practices and PPE requirements
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members
