Job summary

Qualifications

• One year field service or IT support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• Hardware knowledge with at least one year experience.
• Networking knowledge preferred (1 year).
• Net+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for a national retail client.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Document work performed and close tickets daily.
• Travel daily within a specified route using a company vehicle; driving is a core requirement.
