Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative II to service power distribution and critical power infrastructure at customer sites across our U.S. Services organization.

You will perform startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications while solving problems with customers, partners, and support teams. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in field service or related electrical work, reading blueprints, and proficiency with MS Office and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field service repair and customer service experience.
• Experience with UPS/ power distribution/ switchgear/ ATS.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Proficient with MS Office and company digital tools.
• NFPA-70E or OSHA experience preferred.
• Safe driving and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Problem solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, technical support, District Service teams.
• Completion of field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance, and startup data sheets.
• Work with your Manager/Regional Service Director to resolve escalated issues.
• Mentoring and continuous learning and training on products.
